Job Description:

• Media Preparation

• To perform food and water swab tests

• To perform pathogen testing

• Quality Documentation

• Maintain all work books registers and instrument logbooks and other relevant records up to date written in a specific approved format.

• To maintain Housekeeping of the work area.

• Check and maintain stocks of chemicals, consumables and glassware

• Participation in PT & ILC programmes
