Qualification B. Phama/M. Pharma/M.Sc

Experience: 8-15 years of relevant experience

Job Location: Verna Goa

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience of Working in softgel Manufacturing, Handling of areas such as encapsulation, Gelatine, Medicament, Printing & Inspection in a regulatory Environment.

• Execution of daily and monthly plan

• Achievement of daily and monthly target with predefined quality parameters.

• Plan and allocate manpower to areas as per requirements.

• Process simplification and performance improvement.

• Aim to achieve zero deviation and 100% utilization of the resources.

• Evaluate change control/CAPA/Incident/Deviations and timely closure.

• Preparation and review of SOPs, BPRs, Qualification and validation protocol/Documents

• Ensure all time compliance in the production facility.

Incumbent Must Have:

• Team Handling experience, good interpersonal and communication skills
