We are looking for Manager / Sr Manager - R&D Analytical Development (Biosimilar /Mabs )

Function : R&D Biotechnology

Job location : Baroda

Experience : 9 - 15 years.

Brief JD:

1) To design and implement integrated strategies, linking appropriate analytical tools,to performa qualitative and quantitative assessment of product related variants andimpurities.

2) Develop & qualify HPLC based methods such as RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, CEX-HPLC for in-process sample analysis.

3) Responsible for designing advance workflows to measure & characterizeprocess related impurities at different stages of product development such as Host cell protein (HCPs), Host Cell DNA (HCD) & Leachable.
