We have an immediate requirement for Executive to Sr Executive (QA-IPQA or Validation-Asceptic-Injectable ) for VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD, Hyderabad, for the below-mentioned department. 

Department: QA-IPQA or Validation (Asceptic-Injectable)

Designation: Executive or Sr Executive

No of Vacancies: 15

Qualification: M.Sc (All Branches), M.Pharma or B.Pharma

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Budget: 3.6 lpa to 4.8 lpa

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1)Preparation and Execution of documents and should be keen on asceptic conditons.

2) Process/ Cleaning Validation activities, Handling of Hold Time Studies, Review of BMR and BPR of Domestic and Export Products.

3)Preparation and Execution of Different Protocol studies (Packing, Process validation, Feasibility Trial Protocol, Exhibit bath Protocol.

4)Assisting in handling of QMS documents i.e. change control, Deviation, Incident, NCR, CAPA, Market complaint, and Product Recall.

Hands on experience in qualifications and validations of HVAC/Clean rooms and smoke flow studies/Air flow visualization studies.
