Zydus Walk In Interview For Production and Packing Department 

Inviting candidates for OSD manufacturing plant, Ahmedabad on 24th December, 2023, Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm


A) Production

1) Technical Assistant (Operator) : Diploma in Engineering / Pharma with 3-7 years of experience in operating machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Ohara, Anish), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

2) Officer to Executive Production : B.Sc. / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical ) with 4-7 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Granulation, Compression and QMS. Candidates would be responsible for planning the manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) and handling manpower and allocating daily activities. Candidates should have exposure to regulatory audit.


B) Packing

1) Technical Assistant (Operator) : Diploma in Engineering / D.Pharma with 3-7 years of relevant experience in primary operating machines for bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, blister line(BQS) and sachet packing (Wraptech). Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment, monitoring equipment performances and breakdown, maintaining yield and productivity as per process instruction, receiving, arranging, storing and maintaining the material movement of packaging material. 

2) Officer to Senior Executive : B.Sc. / B.Pharma with 3-7 years of experience in handling primary packing activities. Candidates would be responsible for packing line clearance, supervising operation for bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, blister line(BQS) and sachet packing(Wraptech), cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items, Track and Trace (OPTEL) as well as visual inspection. They would also be responsible for handling qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), preparing SOPs and GMP documents, performing SAP transactions as per requirement and would be accountable for yield and productivity. For all the positions mentioned, it is essential for candidates to have exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP.
