Position Title: Area Sales in-charge (contractual/ third-party payroll)

Location: Kolkata & Pune

Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in Industry / Manufacturing/ B2B sales

Grow business by winning new customers & growing existing customers. Business development & market development for the POWERIT products is crucial as there are multiple players in the market.

To conduct surveys, training, demonstrations, and campaigns for business growth.

Formalizing contracts with customers from various sectors like corporate offices, Facility management companies, Industries, Government establishments, Hospitality Hospitals, Malls, theatres, Restaurants, etc.

Develop a distributor network in the assigned area/region by appointing, supervising, and monitoring sales representatives, payment collections, and other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Remarks: This position requires extensive traveling, in the assigned area for the generation of sales in the assigned area, good interpersonal skills, teamwork, influencing, and communication skills required
