Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Chemical

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Job Description:

Leading process improvement and changes:

Study process related problems in all CAP & VAP plants to achieve continuous improvement in safety, environmental compliance, yields, manufacturing costs, product quality and reliability.

Pre commissioning activities-Mass balance, energy Balance, P&ID Review, HAZOP, LOPA, PSSR,SOP review, loop testing

Develop innovative solutions, study the feasibility and ensure implementation of process improvement plans targeting the objectives

Provide sustainable systems and solutions of process engineering standards for all manufacturing plants.

Work closely with all department heads and Function heads to understand the process related issues on shop floor.

System Management:

Provide all process solutions keeping in mind of accident free operations/ Maintenance.

Ensure compliance of all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements.

Identify and facilitate implementation of best safety practices for plants.
