We are recruiting for the position of Manager - Research and Development

Education: PhD | MSc | MTech (Chemistry | Polymers | Organic Chemistry)

Experience: 8 to 15 years with experience in adhesives | coating formulations

Location: Atul, Valsad

Role: 

• Track competitors, trends, and technologies in epoxy adhesives and coatings through networking and literature searches.

• Possess deep understanding of epoxy formulation structure-property relationships, ensuring NPD guideline compliance.

• Drive team in developing non-infringing processes and user-friendly formulations, reducing costs.

• Identify and implement sustainable raw materials, oversee scale-up, and collaborate with tech and manufacturing units.

• Provide technical support, engage in industry events, and contribute to patent filing with the IP team.
