Education: PhD | MSc | BTech (Chemistry | Polymers | Organic chemistry)

Experience: 4 to 10 years with experience in epoxy adhesives and its applications

Location: Atul, Valsad

Role

• Stay updated on innovations through extensive research in papers, journals and patents.

• Possess in-depth understanding of epoxy adhesive structure-property relationships for informed decision-making.

• Drive non-infringing processes and new products aligned with NPD guidelines.

• Identify areas for improving existing formulations, enhancing properties, reducing costs, and ensuring user-friendly applications.

• Identify eco-friendly raw materials, prepare tech transfer documents, and collaborate on scale-up with tech and manufacturing units, contributing to patent write-ups with the IP team.
