Position: Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification: B. Tech/ MTech/ M.Sc (Lifesciences)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Hyderabad.

Job description:

Testing of vaccine and antisera in-process, finished product and stability samples.

Estimation of protein content by Kjeldhal/ BCA methods.

Analysis of sample with electrophoretic (SDS PAGE), different biochemical techniques and using instruments like UV and HPLC system.

Preparation of SOPs, Protocols and participating in the method validation activities.

Maintenance laboratory as per GMP/ GLP requirements.

Preparation/calibration of in-house standard and maintenance of monthly stock of reagents and standards.

Shall have Knowledge on QMS and have used QC tools like LIMS.
