Urgent hiring for QA Vendors Management

Experience 6 to 8 years

Qualification: M pharmacy, MSc

Responsibilities:-

1) Preparation of vendor audit schedule on annual basis.

2) Preparation of approved vendor list for blood banks, raw materials , packing materials service providers miscellaneous material's.

3) Participation in vendor audits

4) Approval or rejection of vendors preparation and updating of approved vendor list

5) Review of approved vendors list and vendor assessment.

6) Review of investigation report and CAPA Received from the vendors.

7) To review the Audit planner, conducting and monitoring of vendor audits and compliance

8) Collection of technical/ Quality agreement from the Vendors
