Job Highlights

Responsible for polymer bound rubber chemicals master batch production.

Ensure smooth daily operation, productivity, and maintaining the product quality.

Ensure process and personal safety complying with legal & Lanxess safety requirements.

Production and RM planning as per as per business requirements, preparing daily production plan and production update in SAP.

Coordination with other departments like engineering, procurement etc..

Rubber compounding, mixing, extrusion and vulcanization process experience.

RM & FG inventory management, SAP knowledge, customer handling, ISO system & customer complaint process.

Requirements

B. E / B Tech in Rubber Technology

9 to 12 Years of experience in Rubber industry.

Should have good communication skills.

Good knowledge of SAP.
