Zydus Walk In Interview For Production OSD/ Production Non OSD/ Production 

Inviting candidates for Moraiya Manufacturing plant, Ahmedabad on 7th January, 2024 from 9 am to 5 pm. (The interview will take place at Vadodara)

Venue : Baroda Productivity Council, 2nd FLOOR, Productivity House, BPC Rd, Aradhana Society, Vishwas Colony, Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007 

1) Production - OSD

A) Officer / Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-6 years of experience in Tablet / Capsule department with experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating and Inspection.

Candidates would be responsible for planning for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), handling manpower and allocating daily activities.

B) Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma having 3-8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting and Visual Inspection, performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items

2) Production - Non OSD(Transdermal)

A) Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS will be preferred.

B) Officer / Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B. Sc / M. Sc with 2-6 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to shop floor production activity, QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF, and MDS will be preferred.

3) Production Fix Term Employee : 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma cleared by candidates in the years 2019 / 2020 / 2021 / 2022 with 1-4 years of experience from manufacturing industry can attend the interview.

Candidates should carry their original school leaving certificate, mark sheets, Aadhar card and copies of all the documents.

For all the positions mentioned, it is essential for candidates to have exposure in pharmaceutical company and regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP / GLP.
