Inviting candidates for the post of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Intellectual Property Rights (Formulation R&D) department for Pharmaceutical Technology Centre, Ahmedabad


Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager : M. Pharm / Diploma in Patent / L.L.B with 4-7 years of experience in IPR for Formulation R&D. 

Candidates would be responsible for the following tasks: Literature Search Report and non-infringement analysis

• They would be responsible for preparing literature search reports for the products and share with formulation scientist to aid in product development.

• Analysing the formulation strategies received from formulation scientist and provide clearance to the strategies at various developmental stages of the product development.

Candidates would also be responsible for the following tasks:

• Product selection Preparing IP brief for the product and support for selection of the product in development grid.

• Invalidation Searing art documents and preparing invalidation grounds against the patents. 

• Patent drafting and prosecution and Patentability evaluation. Drafting patent applications and filing in India and other countries and prosecuting them before different patent offices.

• Supporting in paper discovery of the products.
