Deepak Fertilizers and Petrochemical Corp Ltd is India's one of the largest chemical and Fertilizer manufacturing company, is looking for the following positions for Dahej, Gujarat Location.

1) MANAGER HR

• MBA HR with proven experience in chemical manufacturing industry.

• Min. 5 years of experience in the field of Core HR (HRIS, IR, PMS, TA, OD, EE and Statutory Compliances)

• Excellent communication and time management

• Local candidates will be preferred.

2) MANAGER ADMIN

• Graduate/ Postgraduate

• Min 5 years of experience in handling the administration of big chemical manufacturing plant.

• Knowledge of handling canteen, transportation, liasoning, contract management, employee engagement activities, security, housekeeping, horticulture etc.

• Local candidates will be preferred.

3) SR. MANAGER STATUTORY COMPLIANCES

• MBA HR with proven experience in chemical manufacturing industry.

• Min. 8 years of experience in the field of Statutory Compliances and Employee relations.

• Excellent knowledge of CLRA, factories Act, Labour Laws, ESIC, EPF, MLWF and other statutory compliances applicable.

• Local candidates will be preferred.

4) RECEPTIONIST 2 NOS

• Any Graduate

• Min 1 to 3 years of experience in handling the reception and day to day admin activities.

• Knowledge of handling canteen, courier management, employee engagement activities, housekeeping, horticulture etc.

• Local candidates will be preferred.
