Required Qualification – MSc (Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical Engineer)

1) Analytical R&D 

Experience: 2 to 5 years 

Experience in analysis by HPLC & GC, no QC background required.

 

2) Process R&D 

Experience: 2 to 5 years 

Proven experience in API process development and scale-up in a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment.

3) Process Engineer 

Experience: 1 to 4 years 

Involvement during process optimization at R&D and engineering inputs to be provided for the robust process development. ]

Knowledge of preparation and review of tech transfer documents like volume calculation, equipment list, compatibility study, PFD, P&ID, eco scale, etc 

4) Regulatory Affairs 

Experience: 2 to 8 years 

Preparation of DMFs [ASMFs, CEPs, China DMFs, JDMF, Korea DMF & DMFs to any other markets] following the filling requirements of Regulatory authorities. Preparation of periodic updates to file European ASMFs, Brazil MFs, China Supplements, and Korean DMF, etc. Expert in Pharma Ready and Lorenz Software or similar software for eCTD compilations.

5) Project Management 

Experience: 4 to 10 years 

Proven experience in project management in API development. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. 

6) QbD

Experience: 4 to 15 years

Well-versed in QbD concepts and design of experiments with relevant qualifications and certifications. Hands-on experience in design and execution of Qbd-DoE and PAT tools in both API R&D and AR&D. Proficient in the implementation of QbD concepts at both lab and plant levels.
