Position: Production Manager (API Only)

Experience : 11 to 15 Years

Responsible for API & Intermediate Section

Qualification : BE Chemical, Bsc/ Msc

Good Knowledge of GMP & EPD System.

Designation: Manager

To coordinate with peer departments ( QA,QC,E & S, RM Store & EHS/ETP)

Work Location: Mangalam Drugs and Organics Limited, Vapi

Job Responsibility: 

To Planning day-to-day activities, production schedules, execution & implementation of management plans & Giving timely feedback to plant head on deviations observed during manufacturing and packing activities and suggesting appropriate corrective & preventive actions.

Handling Performance Goal Setting for team, Review team performance. Ensuring optimum manpower utilization.

Ensuring that documentation is maintained as per SOPs and other quality standards updated by the organization

Ensuring the capacity utilization of all equipment in Production areas & Resolve equipment troubleshooting issues quickly to maintain productivity goals.

To handle regulatory & customer audit
