Job Description:

Quality Management Systems:

Responsible for quality management system viz., Change Control, Deviation Management System, Market Complaints Handling, RCA and implementations of CAPA

Scheduling and Execution of internal Audits.

Completion and closure of CAPAS generated from Internal and External audits.

Preparation and review of SMF.

Preparation of FMEA, as a part of risk analysis.

Review of SOPs, process validation protocol & report.

Training and Development:

Preparation of Training Matrix, Training Module and Training Calendar.

Induction Training, Technical Training (On the Job as well as Class room), cGMP and GDP training to employees as per schedule.

To Impart training on procedures, GxP compliance, general awareness sessions and data integrity related issues.

Validation:

Preparation and review of VMP (Validation Master Plan). Quality risk management plan (QRMP) & SMF (Site Master File) Preparation and review of umbrella documents EQMP, CVMP, CSVMP, PVMP, and HBEL Plan.

Review of equipment qualification protocols and reports.

Review of process validation protocols and reports. Review of cleaning validation protocols and reports.

Review of all utilities qualification protocols and reports (HVAC systern, Water system, Compressed air system, Nitrogen system & pure steam system).

Involved in Technology Transfer document (TTD) activities.

Software experience: QEdge, Trackwise, LIMS, EDMS, SAP, Minitab etc.
