Job Description:

To carry out literature survey including but not limited to patent search, review articles, research papers, innovator details, API and excipient characteristics, Apt degradation, orange book, Innovator label, bioequivalence study etc.

To perform the Innovator product characterization and prepare dress code accordingly

To conduct pre-formulation study, API characterization, stability studies, execution of the scale up & exhibit batch, tech transfer, etc. activities related to new product development in compliant with regulatory requirements.

To plan and execute the product and process development trials for the assigned product. To take development trials in accordance with QbD principles with use of Design of Experiment (DOE) wherever required.

To write the lab trials details in laboratory notebook with all required details

To carryout the RM and PM requirement for the development trials, process engineering batch and exhibit batches. To submit the samples for analysis along with test request form to ADL and compilation of analytical data in ready to present format 

To prepare master documents like SOP, Trade dress, master formule card, technology transfer protocol, product development report, study protocols and reports, etc.

To support in technology transfer/trouble shooting and scale up process

Preparation and review of ANDA submission documents like BMR, BPR, Study protocol etc.

To maintain and compliance of F&D laboratory equipment and instruments as per respective SOPS
