1. Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
2. Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
3. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
4. Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
5. Decision making.
6. Troubleshoot plant operation and take corrective actions.
7. Hand over, take over and changeover of various equipment like Pump, Exchangers, etc
8. Good knowledge of Safety Permits.
