1) Role: Mechanical Engineer

Edu. Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Experience: More Than 04+ Years

Job Description: Candidate will oversee and manage PM, CBM & MIQP Compliances of Plant with execution. You will Face technical as well all other Audits and ensure Zero NC & Ensure Zero PTF missing due to Mechanical Breakdown. You have to Execute strategies for achieving reduction in SSRM budget & One Time Capex as per budget, you must Provide execution support in Plant Cost Saving initiatives, will Ensure zero safety incident while executing all mechanical activities. Your primary responsibility will be to Execute. implementation of LOTO system in Plant, Provide training to contract workmen on Safe handling of chemical lines. Support in driving manufacturing drives (Zero Leak, 55) in plant & Lead the team of technicians for smooth running of day-to-day maintenance activities.

2) Role: Electrical Engineer

Edu. Qualification: B.E. Electrical

Experience: More than 4+ Years

Job Description: Candidate will oversee and manage PM, RM & BM & CBM Compliances of Plant with execution, major & minor jobs for improvement. You will be responsible for arranging resources to support plant shutdown activities and Plan, Execute & maintain lubrications schedules. Prepare RCA against major failure & implement action plan for the same. Ensure availability of critical spares. You have to plan & manage availability PCC, MCC & VFD Panels for budgeted production. You must execute strategies for achieving reduction in SSRM & one time capex as per budget. Ensure zero safety incident while executing all electrical activities. You must execute implementation of LOTO system & Safety Capex related to plant. Identify KAZIEN, NVA (non-valued activities) & prepare the scheme to reduce.

3) Role: Utility Engineer

Edu. Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Experience: More than 4+ Years

Job Description: Candidate must have experience of operation & Maintenance of Boiler, Brine Chillers, CHW Plant, Direct Chilling system, Air Compressors, Nitrogen Plant, Cooling Towers, Air dryers, water Purified system and Centrifugal pumps. You have to manage Data, MIS activities. Also have knowledge of Energy efficiency, Preventive maintenance, Project management, 55 activities, TQM & EHS related compliance.

4) Role: Instrument Engineer

Edu. Qualification: B.E. Instrumentation

Experience: More than 4+ Years

Job Description: Candidate have to execute and ensure the effectiveness of Critical loop testing for Instrumentation. Have knowledge of maintenance, trouble shooting of DCS,PLC, HMI, and Plant Utilities. Plan and organize to ensure PM & Interlock testing Compliances for Instrumentation and Lead to ensure to complete all the statutory Compliances on time.

Preference will be given to:

Incumbent with API & Pharma industry experience with proven record of facing Regulatory audits, Need immediate joiner.
