Injectable Quality Assurance

IPQA Executive / Sr. Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-10 years of relevant experience. The job requires knowledge of IPQA, equipment validation / qualification & QMS roles.

Associate Manager / Manager : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 12-15 years of relevant experience. The incumbent will be responsible for process quality assurance, ensuring compliance at shop floor and batch release. The job requires knowledge of IPQA, equipment validation / qualification & QMS roles.

Proof Reader

Executive / Sr. Executive : Candidates from English Literature background, preferably CBSE board. Candidates having technical writing experience will be an added advantage. Pharma background is not necessary.

Documentation Cell

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager : B. Pharm / M. Pharm Candidates with 7-10 years of experience into documentation Cell for Pharma Industry. The job requires knowledge of IPQA, equipment validation / qualification & QMS roles.

Data Quality / Reliability

Associate Manager : B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. candidates with 12-15 years in data reliability investigation role with pharma industry. The job requires knowledge of data quality and data reliability.

Injectable Production

Autoclave, Compounding, Vial Washing / Tunnel / Capping & Lyophilizer - Operator : Diploma in Engineering / ITI with 1-7 years of relevant experience in operating production machines like autoclave, compounding, washing / tunnel / capping & lyophilizer. 

Compounding / Autoclave & Aseptic Filling - Sr. Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 3-7 years of relevant experience in the batch manufacturing area & aseptic filling activities.

QC-Microbiology Analyst - Executive / Sr. Executive : B.Sc. in Microbiology / M.Sc. in Microbiology, candidates with more than 3 years of experience as analyst role with Pharma background.

Injectable Packing

Operator - Associates / Sr. Associate : Diploma in Engineering in any stream with 5-10 years of experience in pharma injectable. Candidates should have expertise in operating and troubleshooting labelling machine, check weigher, and Track and Trace system. They should be good in execution of documentation (Batch packing record) and managing machine logs. 

Supervisor - Executive / Sr. Executive : B. E / B. Tech / B. Pharma with 1-4 years of experience in Pharma Injectable. Candidates should have expertise in supervising and troubleshooting labelling machine, check weigher and Track and Trace system. They should be good in execution of documentation (Batch packing record), managing machine logs, managing manpower and ensuring proper resource utilization

Lyophilizer Supervisor - Executive / Sr. Executive : B. E / B. Tech / B. Pharma / M.Sc. with 1-5 years of experience in pharma injectable. They should have the expertise in operating and troubleshooting Lyophilizer process. They should have the skills to execute documentation (Batch packing record), manage machine logs and deviation investigation preparation.

Injectable Engineering

Calibration - Executive / Sr. Executive : B. E / B. Tech - Instrumentation with 2-7 years of experience in Pharma injectable. Candidates should have the knowledge of calibration of field instruments with execution and shall manage the team individually. They would be responsible for coordinating with vendor for timely execution of calibration activities, developing new vendor for effective cost saving with quality, handling QMS elements such as change control, deviation, CAPA, QRM, SOP preparation etc., SAP entry for creation of master data with respect to equipment, instrument, PM / calibration planner etc.

Plant Maintenance - Sr. Executive : B. E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Instrumentation with 2-7 years of experience into pharma injectable. Candidates should have expertise in process equipments– vial washing / tunnel / autoclaves / lyophilizer / isolator. They should handle QMS elements such as change control, deviation, CAPA, QRM, SOP preparation etc., SAP entry for preventive maintenance and breakdown.

Quality Assurance

Senior Executive to Assistant Manager - (IPQA) : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 3-7 years of relevant experience in IPQA activities such as line clearance, in process, sampling of in process and finished products, swab sampling and review of BMR for manufacturing and packing line in oral solid dosage manufacturing facilities.

Packing

Technical Assistant (Operator) : Diploma in Engineering / D.Pharm with 3-7 years of relevant experience in primary operating machines for bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, blister line(BQS) and sachet packing (Wraptech). Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment, monitoring equipment performances and breakdown, maintaining yield and productivity as per process instruction, receiving, arranging, storing and maintaining the material movement of packaging material.

Officer to Senior Executive : B.Sc. / B.Pharm with 3-7 years of experience in handling of primary packing activities, performing packing line clearance, supervising operation for bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, blister line(BQS) and sachet packing (Wraptech), cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items, Track and Trace (OPTEL) as well as visual inspection. Candidates would be responsible for handling qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), preparing SOPs and GMP documents, performing SAP transactions as per requirement and accountable for yield and productivity.

Dispensing

Technical Assistant : Diploma in Engineering / D. Pharm / B.Sc. with 3-7 years of relevant experience in raw material and solvent dispensing operations and having knowledge of SAP system.

Officer to Senior Executive Dispensing : B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B. Pharma with 3-7 years of experience in handling all raw material dispensing operations. Candidates should be well versed with SAP WMS, QMS, Qualification & MES / automated dispensing System. They should have exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.

Warehouse Technical Assistant (Operator) : ITI / Diploma / B.A. / B.com with 3-7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz; receipt, storage, issuance and handling of materials. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of ASRS System, stacker operation & SAP system.

Warehouse - Officer to Senior Executive : B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B. Pharma graduate with 3-7 years of experience in handling of warehousing activities. Candidates should have exposure to handling raw material, packing material receipt and issuance activities. They should have good knowledge of QMS area and equipment qualification related activities. Should be well versed with SAP MM module with WMS and would be responsible in handling expired, rejected, non-moving and obsolete inventory. They should also have exposure of USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.

Production Plant

Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, gel, suppositories, and lotions will be preferred.

Packing / Filling Department - Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in packing department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, gel, suppositories, and lotions will be preferred.

OSD Vacancies for SEZ-I, Matoda Unit, Ahmedabad

Production (OSD Production) - Technical Assistant / Operator : ITI / Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 3-6 years of experience in operating pharma machines i.e. Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), ACG Encapsulation machine, Wruster coating, coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson) and inspection machine (Sensum).

Quality Assurance - Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive : B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 2-8 years of relevant experience in IPQA / Equipment qualification / analytical QA / Validation related activities in Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing facilities.

Quality Assurance - Freshers : Candidates from BA / B. Com / B. Sc / Diploma in pharmacy background can apply.

Store and Warehouse - Officer / Executive : B. sc / M.sc / D. pharm with experience in store and warehouse with RM / PM and should also have experience in dispensing. 

Engineering - Officer / Executive (OSD Engineering) : BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation with 3-6 years of pharmaceutical (Formulation Manufacturing) experience in equipment and commissioning and pre validation qualification.

For all the positions of Injectable, candidates having exposure to USFDA regulatory requirements is essential. All the employees will be working in shifts according to work allocation. The Shift Deployment for Male Candidates will be A / B / C and for Female Candidates the shift allocation will be A / G (Day Shift). For promoting, diversity of skills education at Manufacturing (Production and Packing) Shopfloor, we will prefer candidates having engineering background (Diploma and Bachelors)
