Job Description - Operations Excellence Incharge

•Setting up the process of shift management which includes communication of production plan, execution and monitoring of it, tracking shift activities and handing over it to subsequent shift, shift resource management

•Support in setting up process for carrying out maintenance activity of plant and machineries in structured manner to ensure the integrity, reliability of equipment and criteria for defining the equipment lifetime

•Define the process for Jon planning and carrying out all the jobs in the organization

•safely and in more effective manner - Define different type deviation in the factory and create the process for capturing and putting corrective action in place

•Ensure that all the deviations are properly investigated and CAPA meets timeline

•Define the process for ensuring the right quality of material is been produced by inprocess checks using standard analytical methods and ensuring correct product is been dispatched by product approval process

•Define the process for carrying out the change in the manufacturing setup or the system of the organization in planned manner, so as to prevent the upset in system by knowing the hazard and putting control over it

•Define the process that ensure that the manufacturing plants are started safely after stoppage and verifies all the recommendations of safety studies are fulfilled

•Define the standard conditions that are required to maintain in the plant to make areas safe to operate and prevent personal injuries and incidents

•Audit the process to check the level of acceptance"

•Create the process for identifying the emergency scenarios and develop the structured plan to respond to it

•Ensure ERCP is properly practiced across all the plant

•Define the process for identifying the waste in the plant and categorizing it and build the system for minimizing it and disposing in responsible manner Support in identifying improvement initiatives and drive its implementation on the shopfloor using defined tools
