Inviting candidates for the post of Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager for Vaccine Technology Centre
Vaccine QC - Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager :
M.Sc. / M.Tech in Biotechnology or with science background with 8-11 years of experience in Vaccines QC with vaccine product testing experience. Candidates would be responsible for the following tasks:
• They should have experience in techniques such as cell culture-based assays, virus titration, ELISA, RT-PCR and biochemical assays required.
• Reviewing and executing analytical plans for viral vaccine testing.
• Experience in analysis of bacterial or recombinant vaccine testing will be preferred
• Preparing SOPs, STPs, GTPs and specifications as and when required.
• Coordinating with compliance team for documents-Change control, deviation and OOS.
Candidates would also be responsible for the following tasks:
• Ensuring the activities of the laboratories are conducted in compliance with cGMP / GLP.
• Ensuring standardization and calibration of in-house reference standards, maintenance of records.
• Preparing product stability protocols and stability reports.
• Preparing analytical method validation protocols and ensuring execution of the same and prepare summary reports
• Having knowledge in applications such as documentum, LIMS, track-wise and SAP will be preferred.
