Position Title: Frontline Officer - Safety

Designation: Officer/Senior Officer

Location: Vilayat, Bharuch (Gujarat)

Qualification: B.E + ADIS/PDIS

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Job Description:

Accident Prevention:

1. Observation & Reporting of unsafe conditions & practices and follow up to rectify the same

2. Daily Plant round for identification & rectification of unsafe conditions & practices

3. Surprise checking of risky maintenance jobs & ensure adherence to standard maintenance practices at site

4. Periodic analysis of various data pertaining to safety.

Safety Education & Training:

1. Interaction & coordination with shop-floor employees

2.Procurement of Safety related posters, stickers, standees etc & to get the displayed at various points inside the Unit.

Safety Promotional Activities:

1. Organize site emergency plan and procedure.

2. Impart training to identified members of Emergency Response Team (ERT). Arrange refresher training.

Organize and monitor Safety practices and work plans through Work Place Safety and Process Safety Management to strengthen the safety culture: 1. Analysis and compilation of the result of subcommittees

2. Manage and present to management Performance measurement as leading, current and lagging indicators.
