Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to effectively promote our products and services.
Job Requirements:
Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor and track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company objectives and priorities.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical finished formulation market, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem- solving and decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
