Division / Department: Procurement (Raw Material Purchase), Commercial

Educational Qualifications: B.E. (Chemical), PG Diploma in Business Management

Job Purpose:

Raw material procurement for different plants

Job Context & Major Challenges :

Raw material procurement at right quality , right quantity , right time, right price, right source and right place etc.

Development new vendor on-going activity

Selecting alternative raw material sources after due diligence

Skills & Knowledge –

Knowledge of Commodities ( Chemicals / Ferrous and Non Ferrous minerals etc)

Supply Chain Management ( Inland Rail / Road and Ocean transportation etc)

Knowledge of Port activities and Vessel Chartering

Functional/Behaviour/Managerial Skills:

Team Management

Strategic Panning

Industry Knowledge

Negotiator

Total years of Experience – 20 Years
