Position: Assistant Manager-Manufacturing & lean

Location: kurkumbh

Yours Roles:

• Process troubleshooting, cascades and executes the plant strategy,

• Employee training - Identifies and executes training plans for team members,

• ISO documentation,

• Root cause analysis Exposure,

• Strategize and implement lean/Six sigma principles and Methodologies,

• Develop/train employees in lean manufacturing,

• Ensures Safety & Quality etc.

Your Skills:

• Min BE Chemical,

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE and Continuous Improvement,

• Production planning and chemical processing, Having Batch or continuous operation, preferable Polyester Manufacturing experience etc.

• Should be from Chemical manufacturing industry etc.
