Position Title: Frontline Engineer Instrumentation Projects
Designation: Engineer / Senior Engineer
Location: Vilayat, Bharuch(Gujarat)
Qualification :B.E + B.Tech Instrument
Experience: 7 to 9 Years
Job Description:
1. Supervise, Operate & maintain the Instrument & automation installations to ensure the reliable, efficient & cost-effective operations & manufacturing activities on site.
2. Manage and improve DCS, ESD systems across company wide of different make, ABB, Emerson, Rockwell, Siemens, Change management through MOC, interlock and calibration testing schedule and adherence.
3. Sustain and Improve Maintenance & calibration procedures, quality & ISO systems for the overall instrumentation on the site.
4. Maintain suppliers' documents, datasheets, design documents, test certificates etc. for all instruments and Control, Automation systems.
5. Plan as well as Track/Monitor Opex expenses against budgeted.
6. Train, guide & support the Instrument team/Officer for Installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting & calibration of various Instruments and Control system.
7. Lead and execute activities related to detailing of control valve selection and sizing, orifice selection & sizing, loop drawing, logic diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, P & I Ds, Relay logic in improvement & capex projects.
8. Accountable for overall Preparation of Annual / Monthly instrumentation maintenance plan, ensuring breakdown / preventive maintenance attending in time 9. Monitor and maintain all Legal requirements related to licenses, permits, calibration, testing etc.
10. Lead the project activities for instrument engineering, installation, commissioning & trial of instrument installation on site including master DCS/ESD and SCADA. Follow LZ and Grasim corporate standards and guidelines in installation and operation of control systems including PI server.
