Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited is looking for professionals in senior business development roles for expanding our presence in European markets based at Corporate Office Vadodara.
Position: Sr. Manager or AGM - Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to discern trends, competitors, and growth opportunities within the European pharmaceutical sector.
Execute strategic business plans tailored to augment our footprint in the Formulation segments, in alignment with organizational objectives.
Forge and nurture robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to fortify business alliances and cultivate enduring partnerships.
Champion sales initiatives and surpass revenue targets by advocating and vending pharmaceutical formulations within the European market.
Understand regulatory requisites and industry norms governing pharmaceutical products in Europe, to navigate regulatory milieu.
Collaborate function with internal cohorts such as R&D, production, and marketing to ensure seamless coordination and triumphant product launches.
Secure advantageous terms and mutually beneficial partnerships with clients, distributors, and other business associates.
Furnish regular reports and analysis to senior management concerning market dynamics, business performance, and actionable recommendations for refinement.
Actively participate in industry symposiums, conferences, and networking endeavors to remain abreast of industry changes and cultivate a robust professional network.
Job Criteria:
Graduate in any field. Candidates with management degree will be given preference
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in required pharma EU markets
