Job Profile:
To keep in touch with 50 KOLs from Metros directly for discussion related to brand as well as strategy
To keep in touch with 50 KOLs from Metros directly for discussion related to brand as well as strategy.
Tracking of Brand-wise, territory-wise sales and to provide the feedback to the field force and GM.
Net surfing/gathering information for Existing as well as New Products
Making Strategies and creating inputs for field staff
Experience in Ophthalmic Segment is preferabile
KOL Management & Handling key customers.
Conducting quarterly Cycle Meeting.
To provide CME material to field force and to ensure implementation.
Development of effective communication related to allotted brands.
Creativity/innovation in development of communication strategy.
Meeting deadlines related to timely dispatch of Promo-materials
Briefing the artists for development of Artwork with visuals.
To Improve the Mortel Shore of the Brands responsible for.
Should have knowledge in importing Training
Field work as per requirement
