Job Role :
•Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels.
•Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products
•Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
•Conduct regular capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets.
•Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
•Implement and maintain production scheduling systems to streamline operations
•Lead and mentor a team of production planners to ensure alignment with company goals.
•Participate in strategic planning meetings to provide input on production capabilities and constraints.
•Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in production planning and inventory control
