Position: Production Executive
We are seeking an energetic, result oriented individual who can work and meet production targets.
Job Location: Mahad, Maharashtra
The Candidate should possess in the following requirements:
• B. Sc/M. Sc/B. E. / B. Tech in Chemical or equivalent qualification in recognized Institution
• At least 2 to 8 years' experience in a production function
• Process Functional Job Knowledge
• Handling of chemicals like Hydrogen, Hydrogenation, Hydrogen Peroxide.
• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) Knowledge
• Production process trouble shooting knowledge
• Energy saving knowledge
• Handling Unit Operation like Distillation / reaction/ washing/crystallization/centrifuging /
drying
• Knowledge of Emergency process controls
• Handling DCS & PLC system
• Knowledge of Safety system line with permits LOTO/ELC / SOP/DOP/HIRA / HAZOP etc
• Knowledge of work permit system
• Computer proficiency & SAP Knowledge
Functional Competencies: -
• Process Knowledge
• All systems related to production knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Man Management
• Process Hazardous and HAZOP Study
