Position: Manager - Finance & Accounts
Work Location: Corporate Office, Hi-tech City, Hyderabad.
Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA/M.Com.
Experience : 8 to 15 Years.
Core Competencies:
Responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports such as Balance sheets, Income statements, cash flow statements etc.
To play key role in developing budgets for various departments or projects.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
To monitor cash flow, oversee accounts receivable and account payable and develop strategies to optimize cash flow.
To liaise with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
To provide guidance, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure that the team operates efficiently.
Effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external parties such as auditors and regulatory authorities.
Required Skill set:
Strong planning and leadership skills.
Decent communication and good interpersonal skills.
Team development and Training skills.
Must have sound knowledge in accounting software's.
