Qualification: BE/B Tech. - Chemical / M Sc. - Chemistry

Experience: 01 to 06 Yrs. preferably in API / Intermediates, Bulk Drug Industry

Job Description:

Responsible for timely production in accordance with Production plan.

Should possess good understanding and knowledge of real time Multi-Product Processes - its flow, effective execution and proactive readiness.

Handling online BMR/BPR filling, Distillation process, having exposure of handling CF, multi mill, AGNFD, FBD equipment.

Knowledge of handling Hazardous Chemical, Imparting Training to Assistants.

Timely execution of Unit Operations / Processes, and close coordination with cross functional teams i.e. Engg., QA/QC, Warehouse, EHS etc.

Having knowledge of cGMP, Cross Contamination, Mix-ups, Labeling, and maintain Online Documentation.

Should have awareness on HAZOP, PSSR, Near miss reporting, Unsafe acts/ conditions.

QMS Knowledge & Commitment i.e. minimizing deviations, eliminating OOS, handling change control, Handling DMS Software.

Ensure working areas are maintained in a neat and clean condition all the time.

Responsible for continual improvements, maximize solvent recovery%, Time cycle reduction, and increase in Yield output
