1) Sr. Executive / Executive - Quality Assurance

Qualification: M Sc. Chemistry

Experience: 04 to 07 Yrs. preferably in API / Intermediates, Bulk Drug Industry

To issue the quality system related documents e.g. batch production records, analytical records, SOPs, Logbook, Formats, Specification, Test protocol etc.

To prepare / update the list of equipments, instruments and quality systems related documents e.g. specification, SOPs, Vendor List, Audit Plan, Audit Schedule etc.

To Coordinate with production and quality control to perform the validation.

To review of quality systems related documents e.g. batch production records, analytical records, logbook etc.

To receive and store compiled / filled documents and update the respective registers wherever applicable.

To prepare Continuous Process Verification Report and Annual Product Quality Review

To conduct the IPQA rounds in the facility to ensure the GMP compliance.

2) Sr. Executive / Executive - Quality Control

Qualification: B Sc. / M Sc. - Chemistry /B Pharm

Experience: 04 to 08 Yrs. preferably in API / Intermediates, Bulk Drug Industry

Should have worked in the HPLC / GC section for minimum 2-3 years.

Should have knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and handling of QMS elements like incidents, OOS, Out of Calibration.

Hands-on experience in handling Chromeleon Software will be an added advantage

3) Sr. Executive - Engg. Stores

Qualification: Any Graduate + Diploma / MBA in Material Management or SCM

Experience: 01 to 06 Yrs. preferably in API / Intermediates, Bulk Drug Industry

Responsible for maintaining Min and Max. engineering stock, maintain accurate records of all engineering material transactions.

Coordination with Purchase Dept. and Vendors to ensure timely availability of engineering items.

Prepare MIS for Engineering stores function - ageing reports, stock reports, WBS cost reports etc.

Hands-on experience on SAP software for stores function - MM Module or similar ERP system.

Preparation of Material Issues Entries, PR/POs for engineering materials movements within plant and outside plants. Responsible for periodic stock taking and facing stock audit

Prepare RGP and NRGP for various engineering goods as an when required and maintenance of RGP and NRGP registers

Effectively operate and maintain spares storage system.

Responsible for all engineering invoice closure with the accounts department. Preparation of Capex, Opex and Service PO as and when required.

Maintenance of inventory records, preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting, and storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers.

Coordination with other departments like Production, Engineering, Projects, Quality etc. to ensure smooth stores function.
