Job Criteria:
•B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification with atleast 20 years of experience and most recently have 3 years of experience in a multiline commercial manufacturing facility.
•Must have high level of ownership and commitment to Productivity, compliance and quality.
•Strong leadership and management skills with experience in managing a large diverse team.
Job Responsibility:
•Lead sterile manufacturing and packing area independently.
•Responsible for on time execution of Exhibit, process validation and commercial batches in coordination
•Ensure adherence to standard and procedures as per regulatory requirements.
•Review and provide inputs to all documents like Deviation, change control, Market complaint, and qualification.
•Implement cost savings strategies, productivity enhancements and improvements.
•Control the Operational costs in manufacturing department
