Position: Production Executive 

Education & Qualification

Diploma in Plastic Engineering / Plastic Processing & Testing(CIPET) or University graduated majored in B.Sc. (Chemistry)

More than 5 Years Experience in Plastic Compounding Plant

Objectives of the position

Following the guidance of Plant Manager and relevant company procedures to achieve the given production targets in time with the total manufacturing objectives of safety, quality and cost effectiveness.

Representative Main tasks

Planning of production activities:

To ensure that planned production is achieved by better planning of resources & proper scheduling of production activities in shifts.

EHS activity and Housekeeping:

To maintain required EHS standards by proper supervision & ensuring safe working condition of the plant machinery. Maintain clean and safe working environment that supports production activities. To maintain all the safety related records for the plant.

Quality Control:

To carry out in process testing for various products. (e.g Moisture Analysis, Melt Flow Index etc.) as and when required.

Quality Management System:

To maintain quality of the products within the specifications by adhering to approved processes/procedures. Supports the implementation of ISO related systems by conducting briefing/training to the shopfloor personnel

Training:

Train the down the line personnel as and when required

To counduct routine shift trainings to the shift personnel as per the plant management requirement

Process Control:

Trouble-shoot process disturbances and take the necessary corrective actions.

Idea Management: To create innovative ideas.

Safety Representative:

Takeover the role of safety representative in the shifts.

Maintenance of pipelines carrying effluent from plant to ETP

Customer focus:

To ensure material is produced as per the plan without delays

To ensure that all material are produced as per given specifications without deviation

To ensure that all deviations in process are highlighted appropriately in order to take proper preventive measures
