Position: Associate, Production
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Key responsibilities & authorities:
Quality:
To ensure the cleanliness and environmental norms of various area like compounding, filling, capping, including airlocks and if any non-conformity is found, get it corrected immediately in coordination with production Sub Department Manager and Quality Assurance - Sub Department Manager as per defined SOP, and then start the further process.
To ensure cleaning and disinfections of floor, ceiling, wall and equipments.
To ensure that the maintenance of compounding, filling, capping, including airlocks is as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) norms.
To check the material identity and quantity against Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), before starting of mixing activity.
To ensure the availability of clean room garments.
To supervise the behavior of workers / Technicians / Assistants in clean room.
To check the online rejection and take immediate corrective action to minimize it.
To ensure not to start the process if found any abnormality in any equipment. Raise Work Request and ensure all risk identified during work request management are properly closed.
To ensure not to start further process without rectification of problem, in case of any abnormality observed.
To check the equipment after preventive maintenance and if found any abnormality; ensure not to start further process.
To follow SOP and also ensure that workers are also adhere to Standard Operating Procedure.
To give training or guidance to concerned members as per requirement.
To raise NCR/SNCR in case of any process found deviating against predefined Standard Operating Procedure and inform to Production Sub-Department Manager and Quality Assurance - Sub-Department Manager for necessary corrective and preventive actions.
Administrative:
To ensure availability of dispensed material as per planning of batch manufacturing.
To prepare documents regarding batch manufacturing.
To ensure the availability of fresh Water for Injection (WFI) for hand wash and 70% Iso Propyle Alcohol (IPA) for disinfections.
To ensure that hand dryer is in working condition.
To ensure the batch manufacturing process is done as per Batch Manufacturing record.
To control the timing of Cleaning In-Process (CIP) or Sterile In Process (SIP) and batch manufacturing process, to start the production timely.
To do the Bubble Point Test (BPT) / Forward Flow Test (FFT) of product filter before and after filtration and Water Intrusion Test (WIT) of air filters.
To maintain the records online.
To ensure that the material has status label and kept at its proper place.
To remove the scrap from time to time with established procedure.
To start washing and depyrogenation process of glass containers as per filling plan.
To start bag printing process of bag containers as per filling plan.
To ensure availability of sterilized rubber closers, silicone tube, garments, and machine parts as well as depyrogenated glass containers to avoid any delay in filling activity.
In the absence of Officer, Executive will ensure these roles and responsibilities.
