1) Executive - Demand Planning
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Role & Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in demand planning and forecasting roles.
Extensive knowledge of SAP and proficiency in MS Office.
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data,
develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure the supply of goods.
Update and circulate the Inventory Report to the team weekly.
Collaborate with branch teams across India to understand and resolve logistics challenges.
Conduct Non-Moving Stock Analysis according to established norms.
Address demand-related issues promptly and effectively.
2) Executive - Production Planning & Inventory Control
Required Experience: 2 to 4 years
Role & Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in production planning, inventory control, or similar roles within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in SAP transactions related to production planning and inventory control.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creating and managing manufacturing orders. Reviewing sales forecasts and customer
demands to understand market product requirements.
Conducting monthly production planning and scheduling.
Developing monthly packing plans.
Planning and managing procurement processes based on customer demand forecasts.
Monitoring daily production and packing activities to ensure compliance with the plan.
Maintaining SAP transactions for material transfers between plants
