Hikal Ltd, R&T Center, Pune is hiring - Assistant Manager - Technology Transfer

Experience : 6 to 8 years in API R&D in technology transfer role from R&D lab scale to Commercialization..

JD is as follows:

Ø Proceeding the scale up of process from R&D to the Large-scale plants

Ø Interacting closely with all departments and other functions to actively participate for end-to-end development process.

Ø Supporting cost reduction programs with strong quality-based approach

Ø Evaluating batch trends to identify variables for continuous yield and quality improvement

Ø Observe process in the laboratory & generate data for scale-up. 

Ø Carry out relevant process engineering calculations for scale up of unit operations

Ø Prepare mapping, material, and energy balance for the process

Ø Evaluate and propose alternate & best technology for process at commercial scale 

Ø Transferring the process technology on commercial scale at manufacturing plant

Ø Prepare tech transfer report and ensure handover of the process to plant technical team. Prepare periodic progress report on the project
