Electrical Technical Officer
Education: BE/B.TECH (Electrical)
Experience- 4-7 угs
•Preparation & review of technical specification in detail with considering latest IS/IEC standard.
•Floating technical inquiry and discussion with vendors as per requirement.
•Technical evaluation and comparison among vendors.
•Work on standardization and ARC of materials.
•Drawing approval and timely delivery of equipment/material as per requirements.
•Work towards energy conservation.
•Service sourcing for different services like; Electrification, Electrical testing & AMC.
•Coordination among different departments like; Project, Maintenance, Purchase and Store.
•Preparation of department monthly performance report.
•Communicate to all stakeholders about any deviation in material receipt or rejection to the operation & maintenance team
•Share the quality check report to the user
•Organise & coordinate for training on new equipments and systems
•Monitor vendor performance and quality of purchased goods and services
•Inspect quality & give assurance of QC to each equipment & material received for function on daily basis
•Implement quality systems, procedure and inspection checklist for purchased electrical assets
•Ensure randomly maintenance jobs are performed as per defined engineering guidelines and practices
•Conduct audit and submit reports to manager operations & maintenance
•Conduct SAP audit and submit the report to functional head & maintenance manager
•Contribute in RCAs due to quality problems
