Shift Incharge
• Designation: Jr Manager/AM
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Chemical)
• CTC Range: 4 to 6
• Notice period: 30 days
Role & Responsibilities
• Manage the shift schedules of operators, allocate job to maintenance & contract supervisor.
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis before initiating any work and follow the Permit System accordingly, ensure the permit closure post work completion.
• Ensure availability of raw materials & finished goods by communicating with other divisions & departments like stores & material
• Handle emergency situations & inform the superiors for any deviation, act as an incident controller in absence of SMC-Site Main Controller
• Verify the quantity & quality of batch raw material and maintain the records of process parameters like (PH, scrubber, dip-check, weight, load cell, density)
Local candidates are preferable
