Position: Senior officer-Production

Do you dare to make an impact?

• To ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the daily production plan and Ensure production as per requirement Quality standard,

• To facilitate timely execution of the maintenance procedures and standards at the plant,

• To ensure adherence to Henkel SHE standards, responsible for productivity, maintenance, SHE for entire plant,

• To ensure maintenance of in-process & final quality,

• To supervise employees in the plant including planning and assigning work,

• To implementing policies & procedures and recommending improvements in production methods/equipment/working conditions,

• Responsible for supervising the daily manufacturing operations carried out in all the three shifts.

• To prepare schedules for plant maintenance for critical process,

• To finetune product processes to obtain optimization of yield and batch cycle time,

• To implement the quality standards and procedures at the plant and adhere to Henkel QSHE standards,

• schedule plant operations, implement productivity improvement projects,

• Action to achieve site and regional KPI.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience,

• Diploma in Chemical Manufacturing,

• Comfortable to work in shifts etc.
