Qualification: PhD in Organic Chemistry with industry/postdoctoral experience in oligonucleotide drug discovery and Synthesis
Key Responsibilities:
> Broad experience in phosphoramidite synthesis, purification, and analytical characterization is required.
> Experience to synthesize DNA, RNA, ASOS, advanced modalities like conjugated oligonucleotides (GalNac/Lipid oilgos) using standard or modified chemistries.
> Exposure to the oligonucleotide drug discovery process and current research trends is required.
> Hands on experience in Oligonucleotide synthesizer.
> Hands on experience in purification systems for Oligos including storage and formulations.
> Excellent critical thinking and scientific skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex data is required.
