Position: Chief Executive Officer - CEO

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Qualification: B. E./B. Tech. - Chemical Engineering from IIT, IISC, HBTI, BITs Pilani,

VIT (Preferred) AND MBA from IIM (Preferred) or management course from reputed institute. 25 + Years (Atleast 7 years experience as a CEO, must have 3-5 years of experience in public limited (listed) specialty chemical manufacturing company. Must have successfully executed 100-200 crore projects. Experience:

F. Compliance and Risk Management:

Oversee financial performance & risk profile while ensuring all statutory & regulatory compliances.

Monitor company performance by measuring, analyzing results, initiating corrective actions & minimizing the impact of variances.

G. Technology and R&D Leadership:

Discover and implement new products and new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.

Be competitive in building R&D, ADL, Technology Transfer for new product commercialization

H. Customer and Market Focus:

Develop new markets and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers (especially MNCs of USA, Europe, Japan, South Korea),

Identify and create opportunities within existing customer base.

I. Industrial and Public Relations:

Manage industrial relations and enhance public relations.

J. Revenue Generation and Data Analytics:

• Drive additional revenue through new technologies, products, and market opportunities.

• Utilize data analytics for conclusive decision-making and effective strategies.
