1) Role: Shift Incharge - Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) Plant

Edu. Qualification: MSC/B. Tech Chemical/Diploma Chemical Engg.

Experience: More than 6+ Years

Job Description: Candidate will oversee and manage the Process Department, specializing in Multi Effect Evaporator (MEE) operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the MEE unit during designated shifts. Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient MEE processes while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.


2) Role: Field Specialist - Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) Plant

Edu. Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/BSc

Experience: More than 2+ Years

Job Description: You will oversee and manage the Process Department focusing on Multi Effect Evaporator (MEE) operations, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and support to optimize MEE processes in various field locations. You will ensure that manufacturing operations meet quality standards, operational efficiency, and environmental regulations. Provide on-site technical support and guidance to optimize manufacturing processes in the field.


3) Role: Field Executive Hydrogenation/Chlorination Plant

Edu. Qualification: BSC/MSC/Diploma Chemical

Experience: More than 2+ Years

Job Description: Candidate Must have knowledge of handling hydrogen and chlorine tonner/bank, you have must know about how to handle highly exothermic reactions. Must have knowledge of GMP documentation of API plant. Have hands on SCADA/HMI for handling hydrogenation and chlorination reaction


4) Role: Shift Incharge Hydrogenation/Chlorination Plant

Edu. Qualification: MSC chemistry/ B.Tech Chemical

Experience: More than 6+ Years

5) Role: Mechanical Fitter

Edu. Qualification: ITI Fitter

Experience: More than 5+ Years

Job Description: Candidate needed to maintain, repair, and install machinery and equipment in a API manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the plant. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.


6) Role: Instrument Technician

Edu. Qualification: ITI-Instrumentation/ Diploma Experience: More than 5+ Years

Job Description: Candidate will oversee and mange day to day plant maintenance activity, must have knowledge of DCS/PLC related instrumentation& maintenance and activities. Aware about 55, housekeeping, TQM & Safety Compliance activities. You have to handle shifts as an instrument technician individually.

Preference will be given to:

Incumbent with API & Pharma industry experience, Need immediate joiner.

7) Role: Shift incharge- (API) Plant

Edu. Qualification: MSC chemistry/ B.Tech Chemical

Experience: More than 6+ Years

Job Description:

To ensure that batches are taken as per the schedule.

To ensure that before charging production batches all raw material are as per specified norms in the BPCR.

To ensure that equipment's are maintained properly.

All activities carried out in the plant during shift are carried out as per SOP/ CGMP and To ensure Planning of manpower distribution during shift.

To ensure online review of batches and compliance of parameters in BPCR

To prepare a statement showing consumption of raw materials and production of IPR solvents MLs.

Responsible for preparing, reviewing the instructions to produce intermediates or APIs according to written procedures. Evaluating proposed changes in product, process, or equipment.

Ensure that all the documents related to the Production activities are maintained & updated

Ensure that all the employees of production are trained and evaluated time to time.

Ensure that the yield and quality as per the standard norms Responsible to Change Control Initiation Form, Temporary Change Control, Deviations and Risk Assessment of his area.

Adhere to monthly production plan and submit monthly production reports.

Review Monthly Raw Material Plan and having good knowledge of SAP.

Plan continual improvement w.r.t Product Quality, Quantity (Yield), Time cycle, Solvent Recoveries etc.

Responsible for yield improvement projects, cost optimization, reduction in breakdown, capacity utilization improvement, batch time cycle reduction, improvement in planning and working.


8) Role: Field Chemist Prod. / Specialist Process- (API) Plant

Edu. Qualification: BSC Chemistry OR MSC Chemistry OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Experience: More than 4+ Years

Job Description:

To participate in all validation exercises.

Responsible for the maintaining premises and equipment and maintaining records.

To fill online BPR, ECR and equipment logbook, etc.

Ensure all the raw material is as per specified norms in the BPR before charging production batches.

To maintain equipment properly.

To perform and ensure that batches are being taken as per the schedule.

To maintain plant as per CGMP guidelines.

To maintain all the process parameter as per given instruction.

To maintain personal hygiene.

Before performing any activity ensure self-training of relevant SOP, BPR and Protocol, etc.

To perform and ensure calibration and verification of all instruments before usage.


Preference will be given to:

Incumbent with API & Pharma industry experience. Need immediate joiner.
