Position : Section Head- Mechanical (Caustic Plant)
Function: Engineering & Maintenance
Roles and Responsibilities
•Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance exercises in a scheduled manner so as to ensure minimum down time of production caused by machine failure.
•Troubleshooting & fault finding exercises of mechanical equipment of the section
•Ensure the safety for all types of protection including lifting tools & tackles.
•Preparing time bond material procurement and work execution schedule in co-ordination with materials Depts./Contractor/Superiors / other concerned depts.
•Maintaining documentations as per ISO 9000 & 140001,SA 8000 and OHSAS 18001. Updating logbooks, History of equipment & PM check sheet. calculating efficiency and effectiveness parameters. study, adopt & execute best practices of WCM concept in all spheres of work
Work Experience : 10-12 years in Mechanical Maintenance
Education : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical
