Position : Section Head - Production
Function: Manufacturing Operations
Roles and Responsibilities
• To ensure production of Epoxy Resin and its all derivative as per Plan and Budgeted norms along with smooth operation of LER within Budgeted Cost.
• To monitor product availability as per production plan and comply all the process parameters that will resulted to quality products as per quality plan.
• To ensure better working condition of machines and equipment's to meet production targets in coordination with Engineering department
• To implement a congenial work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth & motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices.
• To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.
• To ensure adherence of SHE(Safety, Health & Environment) compliance Plan & implement Statutory compliance, Dupont safety system & procedure pertaining to process area for un-interrupted operation
• Identify, prepare and conduct capability development plan as per both technical and behavioral competencies to enhance capability in workforce.
Job Location : Vilayat, Gujarat
Work Experience : 10-15 yrs.
Education : B.E/B.Tech (Chemical)
