Qualification : Post Doc/PhD in Peptide only
Experience : 0-2 Years in Peptide Synthesis
Work Location : Hyderabad
Skills required
•Solid phase and solution phase peptide synthesis.
•Handling of diverse resins for peptide synthesis.
• Peptide modification (cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, derivatization etc.)
• Working in mg to gm scale.
•Characterization of peptide (LCMS, HPLC, NMR)
• Experience in handling automated peptide synthesizers is desirable.
• Experience in peptide purification is desirable.
•Need to possess problem solving skills and should be able to work independently.
